Our LLA tire coupling is widely used in metallurgical equipment. It is a kind of high-elastic coupling, with small torsional rigidity, strong shock absorption capacity, large axial compensation, good shock absorption and excellent inter-axial offset compensation performance. The working temperature is -20℃ to +80℃, and the transmission torque is 1010N.m to 20000N.m. The coupling is suitable for wet and dusty environment as well as working conditions with shock, vibration, changeable positive and negative rotation and frequent starting. It is convenient for complete disassembly and assembly, durable and reliable and does not need lubrication.

Our LLA tire coupling is fixed by two half couplings and a tire body with pressing plates and special bolts. Torque is transmitted through the extrusion and deformation of the tire body.

The maintenance and replacement of the coupling in use is simple, with low cost. However, the quality of the tire body is an important factor determining whether the whole product is qualified. Harder tire body and softer tire body are not effective products and need to be confirmed through a special brief way

The qualification of the tire body also depends on the installation method. The brutal loading and unloading should be eliminated.
