WGT (connected with middle sleeve) gear coupling

Our WGT  gear coupling is has the characteristics of national standard products. Namely, it has slight axis offset compensation performance, and cannot buffer or reduce vibration. The product designed by us has small size and large transmission torque in theory, requiring lubrication and sealing. But it is noisy and expensive. It is used to connect two horizontal coaxial shafting transmission. The coupling is used for connecting two horizontal coaxial lines under low-speed and heavy-load conditions. It is not suitable for high-speed and high-precision shafting transmission, and the working conditions of frequent starting and positive and negative rotation.

Classification of WG gear coupling

WGP-with brake disc type, suitable for matching with point disc brake;

WGZ-with brake wheel type, suitable for matching with pad brake;

WGT-connecting intermediate sleeve, suitable for long-distance connection of two axes. The allowable speed [n] depends on the length and quality of intermediate sleeve, and the critical speed should be checked;

WGC type-vertically installed, used to connect vertical two-axis shafting transmission;
