Menowa is a manufacturer specializing in coupling products. It focuses on high-precision, high-quality and high-speed transmission coupling products. The whole technical team is committed to continuously developing new gear couplings, diaphragm couplings, cardan shafts, elastic couplings, tire body couplings and other products. The Company strives to provide durable, stable and cost-effective couplings for global customers, with a vision of making all kinds of couplings of Menowa run safely and stably in every corner of the world.

Advanced production equipment

Menowa has 30,000-square-meter super-large factory building, more than 200 sets of production equipment, 18 sets of full-CNC control machining centers, 5 sets of numerical control gear shapers, 5 sets of numerical control gear hobbing machines, 4 sets of CNC gantry milling machines made in Taiwan, and 3 sets of CNC gear grinding machines. The maximum specification of workpiece supported is 1800mm.

Detecting instrument

Menowa has material testers and its own research and development laboratory. The tests of cast iron, forged steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials are all carried out inside the enterprise, with first-class steps from incoming inspection of blanks to cleaning and packing after final inspection. Our quality management department is constantly optimizing the progress to pursue better quality.

Process flow

Menowa has internal ERP management and control from the order placement of the customer. From the code of the drawing to the number of the finished product, each coupling has a unique name, which only belongs to this product and will not be confused. The Company has professional laser recorders, pursing the traceability of high-quality products.

Production control

6S on-site management is the soul of Menowa. The whole production site has 11 intermediate link areas, such as blank warehouse, waiting area, semi-finished product warehouse, finished product warehouse, assembly area and delivery area, which are established to ensure high-standard products. Color cards and signs are all clear at a glance. All the processes are checked and accepted in sequence, and the final result must be satisfactory. Every product has a certificate of approval and quality inspection report.
